Role: Create and maintain an interactive Excel dashboard to track construction progress, cost, resources, procurement, quality, and safety. monitor live project data and KPIs.
Responsibilities: Design and update dashboard with charts, pivot tables, slicers, and automated reports. Collect and validate data from project teams.
Provide weekly/monthly progress and cost reports. Highlight delays, budget issues, and risks.
Requirements: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA). 2+ years in construction reporting or controls. Strong analytical and communication skills.
